part b: power plants and transmission gives an extensive insight into the technology of power generation. it begins with a brief explanation of the historical background and the evolution of the power generation systems. the book contains many examples to understand the working of the power plants. it also includes various types of power plants, their working, and control systems. it also covers the study of power loss and how it is calculated.

Is it okay to decorate a non-static class with an interface?

I want to use a non-static class that implements an interface for use as a factory. My particular instance is being used as a container for enum values, but the idea should be generalizable to other types of enums and containers. My question is, is it okay to instantiate an object of a class that will then have an instance of an interface that will be passed to another class? This is a simplified example of what I mean:
