after reading all your blogs i think it's very good to listen shri sahasranam but i am facing a problem that how to chant it daily? how do i chant it? how to chant it? where can i get any books or audio cds which can help me to chant this daily? even now i am not able to chant it properly, i am new here only, please help me out.


i had read it 20 years ago,i used to chant it every day, i have practised it for 12 years now, chant it daily as "vishnusahasranam namah." it has totally changed my life and my philosophy in life. even now i chant it regularly. i am a farmer and my neighbors don't have a clue about it. no one can harm me as it has great positive energy.


i read this book in the month of june in the year 2017. i have been chanting this sahasranam daily in the month of september, october, november, december and january, for the past 12 months. i have stopped chanting this sahasranam when i had to participate in the earth brahmotsavam in the month of february 2018. the same thing has happened in the month of april, may, june, july, august and september 2018. i started chanting this sahasranam again after a gap of around 30 days of stop.

Critical incident stress debriefing (CISD) is a recommended approach for addressing the psychological effects of work-related stress in healthcare workers. The aim of the current review is to explore existing CISD literature to identify its theoretical foundations, types of staff involved, and its application in hospitals in various cultures. Critical incident stress debriefing has been identified in the literature as an effective nursing intervention for addressing the psychological effects of work-related stress and is a recommended approach for addressing the psychological effects of work-related stress in healthcare workers. The aim of this integrative review is to identify the impact of CISD from the perspective of nurses, and specifically to identify its theoretical foundations, types of staff involved, and its application in hospitals in various cultures. A purposive search of the databases PsycINFO, PubMed, CINAHL and the Cochrane Library was conducted to identify published studies of CISD. Methodological quality of included studies was assessed using the critical appraisal tool of B. Bryk and the Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist for Qualitative Research. A total of 14 articles were included in the review, and consisted of eight quantitative studies, four qualitative studies, and two mixed-method studies. The purpose of CISD was reported in all 14 studies as being the 'opportunity to speak freely, openly and privately about intense emotional reactions' associated with work-related stress. CISD was found to be associated with enhanced emotional health, improved communication and coping skills and decreased anxiety. The predominant type of staff involved in CISD was nurses and the majority of studies were conducted in Western countries. CISD was identified in all six quantitative studies, four qualitative studies and two mixed-method studies. CISD has a positive impact on psychological wellbeing, communication,
